This fan is not available in the US yet. I wanted to know if anyone could get their hands on one and sell it to me.

Can you look at my build before I buy?
Hello, I am getting ready to build my first PC to replace my venerable 4-year-old laptop. I've gone through tons of advice websites and videos but oddly didn't find this subreddit until today, so I thought I'd ask what you all thought of my build before I pulled the trigger.
I need this PC to handle my diverse needs; I'm an engineer so it has to handle CAD software such as Inventor, Fusion 360, and Solidworks. I also do some animation and rendering with Blender and plan to step that up now that I have more time. Finally it's going to be my entertainment center so it's going to be used for gaming and movies.
In the future I hope to get a VR headset so I want it to be ready for that, if that helps with the kind of performance I'm looking for here. Ideally this PC will be a higher-end machine that will last me another 4+ years before needing a significant upgrade.
Right now the PCPartPicker list is towards the max of my budget, $1300 is right about the sweet spot but I'm going to say $1400 is the max I can do. I'm hoping that I can take advantage of some Memorial Day deals this weekend to keep the cost down and maybe get the new GTX 1080. I should point out that the part list uses the GTX 970 since the 10 series cards aren't on PCPartPicker yet, for now I'm planning on grabbing a 1070 when it releases unless the aforementioned sales are kind to my budget.

Price breakdown by merchant I want to try some overclocking which is why I went with the i7-6700k but I'm not going to be doing anything crazy that will require liquid cooling anytime soon. The CPU cooler is one I saw on another build with the same CPU and MOBO. I plan to use the SSD for the OS and the larger programs, while the 2TB HDD will be for file storage. I didn't include a monitor because I still have one I've been using with my laptop, I'll just live without a dual-screen setup until I can afford a nice 4k monitor.
Hopefully that's everything, if there's anything I missed or looks like it will cause problems for me please let me know. Thanks for taking a look at this for me!

[Build Ready] Got a bigger budget, second gaming build. How did I do?
So here's my new build, the goal is fast loading times and 60fps on 1080p ultra graphics. I also want to make the case look nice, have some multicolored lights glowing though the window. I think I got everything as best as I can but what do you guys think I can do to improve this build without increasing the price drastically? Maybe even lower the price without sacrificing much performance. Also, I got a comparability error with this build for some reason. What does it mean and will I be able to use all of these parts together?
EDIT: I forgot to add the error, derp. "Potential Issues/Incompatibilities Some Intel X79 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Ivy Bridge-E CPUs."
Thanks again, Reddit!

[Build Ready] Friend wants a decent college/gaming desktop
My friend has asked me to help him build a gaming computer for college. He wants to be able to play most games on high settings. Budget is around $1000 USD but is flexible by a couple hundred. This is what we've come up with so far. Any suggestions, comments, or criticisms are welcome and appreciated.

[Troubleshooting] LED fan doesn't light up when connected to motherboard system fan header.
Greetings buildapc, I recently bought a Lepa 4C Casino fan, but I've ran into an issue. When I connect the fan to my motherboard's system fan header, the fan spins but the LED lights don't work. When I connect the fan to my PSU, the fan spins and the light works. My motherboard is the Gigabyte GA-B85M-DS3H (Rev. 2.0). Does anyone know what the problem is? Is the motherboard not giving enough juice for the fan? Help would be greatly appreciated it.
